Fees the state marks as penalties/exceptions with a real amount (CA returns these today; any state that does gets the same warning).
Vehicel mismatch
The state record's year/make/model clearly disagrees with the VIN's decode. Abbreviation-tolerant so CHEV vs CHEVROLET does not false-alarm; note NMVTIS does not return year/make/model, so the VIN decode is the independent basis.
