YASSI is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Training Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the user experience for both our internal team and our clients by creating engaging and effective training materials for our innovative products, including Vehicle Records and Digital Titling. Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Training Content: Create and regularly update internal and client-facing training materials for YASSI products, such as Vehicle Records and Digital Titling. This includes maintaining a comprehensive Knowledge Base for our Customer Support team.
- Design and Deliver Training: Conduct live, instructor-led training sessions for our Digital Titling product. Additionally, you'll prepare self-paced training modules, including interactive and recorded sessions.
- Assess Learning: Create and evaluate assessments for both internal users and YASSI clients to gauge their level of understanding and identify areas for improvement.
- Create Support Resources: Develop and update FAQs and quick reference guides for all transactions and their variances.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a go-to resource for our Customer Support team, providing expertise and guidance on our products.
- Champion Our Products: Foster excitement and enthusiasm for our products and internal processes.
- Training Development: Deliver system training to customers and team members. Collaborate with the Customer Experience Supervisor on the development of training modules and assessments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular on-site visits for key clients; involves travel to customer sites across the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical and customer training roles, or equivalent skills.
- Experience in DMV processes and procedures is preferred, ideally with experience with multiple states.
- Experience with repossessions and dealer title work is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in customer training and documentation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills are essential to this role.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Remote or Hybrid role involving up to 30% travel.
