We are seeking a dedicated Technical and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for technology and helping customers, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Configure and set up internal devices to meet operational requirements.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to resolve inquiries and concerns.
  • Research vehicle records efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report system issues, identifying areas for enhancements.
  • Obtain technical information by working with different state agencies.
  • Escalate unresolved system issues to appropriate teams.
  • Deliver system training to customers and team members.
  • Manage phone system updates to maintain seamless communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required; candidates with a bachelor's degree may be eligible for a higher compensation package.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical and customer service roles, or equivalent skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Work location is in Santa Rosa, CA office.  Relocation package is available for a qualified candidate.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in the motor vehicle industry is a plus.
