Responsibilities
- Configure and set up internal devices to meet operational requirements.
- Provide outstanding customer service to resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Research vehicle records efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Monitor and report system issues, identifying areas for enhancements.
- Obtain technical information by working with different state agencies.
- Escalate unresolved system issues to appropriate teams.
- Deliver system training to customers and team members.
- Manage phone system updates to maintain seamless communication.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; candidates with a bachelor's degree may be eligible for a higher compensation package.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical and customer service roles, or equivalent skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Work location is in Santa Rosa, CA office. Relocation package is available for a qualified candidate.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in the motor vehicle industry is a plus.
