We're on the hunt for a Customer Support & Title Fulfillment Specialist who's ready to take ownership, make an impact, and become the go-to expert for all things vehicle title-related. This isn't just a desk job — it's a critical role where your work directly shapes the customer experience and keeps our operations running smoothly every single day.
What You'll Do
Title Fulfillment — You're the Expert
- Process, review, and verify vehicle titles with speed and precision
- Coordinate with DMV offices, dealers, lenders, and customers to crush title issues and ensure compliance
- Track title statuses like a hawk — following up on delays, rejections, and missing documents before they become problems
- Maintain laser-accurate records in our title management systems
- Be the first point of contact customers trust for title status and fulfillment updates
Customer Support — You're the Hero
- Own inbound calls, emails, and chats — responding promptly, professionally, and with genuine care
- Tackle customer concerns head-on with a solutions-first mindset
- Proactively communicate timelines, delays, and next steps — no one likes surprises
- Build lasting relationships that make customers feel valued at every step of their journey
- Follow up to ensure every issue is fully resolved and every customer walks away satisfied
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
- 1–2 years in title processing, customer service, automotive, or administrative roles
- DMV knowledge strongly preferred — state title & registration experience is a big win
- Sharp attention to detail and serious organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A communicator who's equally comfortable on the phone, over email, or face-to-face
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with title management software or a Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Multi-state title and registration knowledge
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Notary certification

📍 Location: Santa Rosa, CA — Onsite Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM PST Position: Fulltime Monday-Friday 8 hours per day Compensation: $30–$36/hour (based on experience)
